    Product QualityI received this shaver replacement part July 9, 2018. When I used it this morning (August 5, 2018) the Braun 21B Shaver Replacement Part fell apart as I was using it. Apparently poorly manufactured. I hadn't saved the paperwork so I could not return.1Gives a good, close shave like originalFit my series 3 and shaves cleanly with no binding.5Very pleased! I've always been a wet shave guy. I love the affordability of the blades, closeness of the shave and the warm lather I build on my face, so much so, I've never been inclined to use an electric razor. Due to recent events, I don't have enough time to spend 30 minutes shaving every morning, so I had to find an alternative that isn't using those expensive fusion or mach whatever blades. I skimmed through a few forums and found claims that I can get a close and affordable shave without need of shaving soap or any lubrication by using a decent electric razor. I bought this to test that out and I'm really glad I did. I was able to shave my entire face to around the equivalent of 1 safety razor pass in 3 minutes without using any lubrication. I felt no hairs being pulled, didn't get nicked or razor burn. While my face isn't as smooth as a baby's bottom, I did get a very close shave in 3 minutes and from what I've read, as long as I clean the razor head out with each use, it will last me 1.5 years before needing a replacement head. All things considered, I'm fully confident that you'll be happy with your purchase if you just want a quick, affordable shave. 5Works greatFits my shaver perfectly. Good for up to 18 + months.5Basic Replacement CutterThis is the basic cutter for my shaver. There is another that is a step up but it doesn't work any better and costs more.5Great battery life!! Very good product. 1 charge and its lasted over a month without another charge. That's some awesome battery life. Also does a clean job on my face. Love this thing. 5won't charge - customer service a NIGHTMARE I bought this product for my son, as I'm happy with my series 7 shaver. After a few months the product stopped charging and wouldn't turn on. I sent back to customer service, who repaired it under warranty and sent it back. A few months later the same thing happened (no charging/power). At this point I asked Braun to replace the item under warranty, but they told me I had to submit a NEW CLAIM, as if the previous one never existed. I sent it back again and they repaired the item under warranty a second time. Again, it worked for a few weeks and then stopped charging AGAIN. It appears that the warranty/repair department is separate from Braun customer service, so when you contact customer service they make you contact the warranty/repair department. At this point I have given up and will buy a Panasonic.Also my son says it irritates his skin. 1NOT NEARLY UP TO MY OLD NORELCO, SORRY I was looking for a razor that would be gentle for my adult son because of his skin allergies and so I also bought one for myself to replace my old Norelco. My son tells me this razor is acceptable to him, mostly because he can use foam shaving with it. BUT FOR ME, compared to my old Norelco, perhaps 8 to 10 yrs. old, It does not shave as well in more difficult areas, battery charge in mine lasts only 1 week and is more noisy by a lot to me. Other than that, ITS SWELL. 3Shave your face, not your wallet I have finally joined the many who have given up on Norelco. After 35 plus years they have driven me away because of the replacement heads that suck for their very expensive shavers. Enter the Braun 3 series, skeptical at once, but not anymore . Clean, close, fast and easy to handle. Light but not cheap, a little loud but not Metallica. Priced right, this is my morning savior ( my beard is more on the thick side, too) GET ONE, and be redeemed . 4Not a reliable One If you are going to buy this, as my experience it's not reliable. First all i can say about this Razor is that it does not work as we wanted and there is no pop trimmer which i thought there was at the time of buying. I know it's my mistake to not check properly before buying and it does say no pop up trimmer and also there is a picture which i should i have look clearly before. This is also expensive compare to other razor with more function like pop up trimmer and their battery life.I m just saying if you buying razor which can last long then i think you should buy better one than this even though it's little bit more expensive. 2does not last I am on my second shaver...the first one lasted 10 months. The latest one has only lasted for 4.5 months. All of the sudden the motor stars failing and then nothing...the light is on but nothing happens. Yes, I have tried to recharge the shaver for 24hrs, but still nothing. This is the same thing that happened to the earlier one that lasted 10 months. Braun shavers seem to work the best for me and skin, but now I am hesitant to buy any Braun shaver again as the quality is not what I would expect from Braun. 1Four Stars Excellent razor. Easy to clean. Only negative is there is no trimmer on it. 4$30 Garbage. Product is garbage. Lasts 2 minutes on full charge. Not ergonomic, hard to press power button, cap is annoying to deal with. I'm returning this. My old Braun was far superior, but now even companies with strong brand names make trash products and sell it for the same price. 1Doesn t remove any hair Terrible product, doesn t take hair off wet or dry! 1Great Shaver w/ Easy Access PartsAll good - Got what I wanted quickly.Replacement part did not match my original shaver head which had a Teflon center strip.5
