Customer Reviews

Thick and good quality but too soft +Thicker than all other brands I've tried+Snug, comfortable fit+Owned over a month and zero mildew, discoloration or odor+Not scratchy on my skin+Adequate exfoliation for my face+Lathers well-Inadequate exfoliation for my body, feels too soft but still provides a good clean-Because I press hard to really get my nose, the material kind of flattened and the threading in that finger is looser, I can see my finger through that part of my glove-Like all gloves, they stretch over time but so far not too much-Lack of color options 4Absolutley must have!!! So I had previously bought similar gloves from Target(which were more expensive) and quickly wore holes in them and they didn't ever seem to want to dry which is gross because they started to smell and that doesn't make you want to use them. THE NEW GLOVES are amazing! They make my hands feel soft when I'm done using them as well as removing my dead skin, I have e keratosis and I use these gloves twice a week and so far have had great results. They were rough but not too rough and the only thing that I will say is they don't stretch very much but I have small hands so I love it!! 5Great for exfoliation I love these and no longer use wash cloths in the shower. These are really stretchy and they have lasted me quite some time. Mine came in a pale yellow. It lathers better than wash cloths and is a great exfoliater. I pop these in the washer to keep it free of bacteria and mold. They dry really quickly too so its probably pretty low risk of mold and bacteria anyway. I can even use this on my face as its not too harsh but definitly better than "exfoliation beads" which never worked for me anyway. 5Solid, but not for those who like an heavy duty exfoliating experience I bought these while I was traveling as I forgot to bring a scrubber for the shower. This pack away easily, but I usually use a more heavy duty exfoliating glove. These were more between light & medium, but not full medium. None the less they do get you feeling nice and clean as well as hold in soap. These take a bit longer to dry than my normal gloves too. 4Exfoliating Hydro GlovesThese gloves are very well constructed with a thick knit that is slightly textured. Other reviewers have mentioned that initially the gloves felt a little rough but softened up with time. I thought they were ideal right out of the package. I've used them for several months now and all the seams are intact and they remain without holes in the fingers. My hands are small, but fit has never been a problem. I have well water, yet bar soap yields a plush lather on these gloves leaving my skin feeling clean and invigorated. These gloves were a bit more expensive, but more closely resemble a spa ammenity vs a discount chain purchase. I wish I could rate them with more than just 5 stars.5Overall -Helps to exfoliate skin and clear pores. I've owned this product for roughly 2 years now. I bought a new pair recently and they work really well at exfoliating my face. It definitely helped me clear of most of my acne. I recommend this product for people who have rough skin. My skin grows at an extraordinary rate so this helps. . Make sure you wash you face first to soften the skin, then you can use hot water with the glove to exfoliate- and moisturize afterward. It leaves my skin glowing and soft. 4Gentle Exfoliator! These gloves are great! They exfoliate gently but enough to smoothen the skin, and help to combat ingrown hairs. They also improve the appearance of skin, making it look less dry and more smooth and soft. I use this instead of a loofah to apply body wash, and use one glove at a time. Overall, this is a great product that seems like it will last a long time, and I would recommend it to anyone seeking a way to gently exfoliate their skin. 5Never Use Washcloths Again! These gloves are fantastic! I hate using washcloths because they slip out of my hands and seem to always fling soapy water in my eyes. I found these gloves while looking for an alternative and I'm never going back to washcloths! My only complaint is that they're a bit large for my hands, especially when wet, but with the cuffs they're not going to slip off so I'm not worried about it. My skin has been super dry this winter, so I'll be getting lots of use out of these! 4Love!! These gloves are amazing! Gives a full body exfoliation that differs depending on the pressure you use. I've been using them for about a month now and they still work as good as ever. I only use one glove because that's all I really need and they'll last longer because after the first one is done I have the other. Really great product, I would recommend this to everybody. I would and will purchase these again. 5These gloves probably saved my life I bought these in July but I never got around to using them until Halloween, when my shower pouf died.I tossed the old pouf and was reaching for a washcloth when I remembered the gloves. I opened the package and when I put them on I thought, "Dang, this isn't as quick as just grabbing a pouf. Heck, I'm never going to use these, they are too much trouble to put on, and where am I gonna hang them to dry..." etc.I hovered in indecision for a few seconds: I could donate them because I hadn't used them yet-- and then I decided that since I'd opened the package I might as well use them; so I loaded them up with soap and started my routine with scrubbing my underarms.Right away my fingertips felt a lump. I felt my other armpit: no lump.Left armpit: lump. Right armpit: no lump.I never noticed this lump before, not while using my pouf or a washcloth, probably because of the barrier of fabric between my fingertips and the lump prevented me from feeling it. I never noticed the lump while shaving, either, or while drying myself off with a towel, or while putting on deodorant.Nope. This was the first time I'd ever felt this lump, and I found it only because the glove material is thin enough that you can feel your skin through it.I am good at finding lumps, too, because five years ago I found a lump that turned out to be breast cancer and I had to have a bilateral mastectomy. I consider myself GOOD at finding lumps, so this was a scary surprise. It felt BIG and I'd never noticed it until I washed with these gloves. My oncologist got me in right away. He couldn't find the lump, either, until I stood up, raised my arm overhead and pantomimed scrubbing my armpit with my finger tips. Finally he said, "Oh my god! How on earth did you find that?"The mammographer, the sonographer, the radiologist who did the biopsy, the tech who did the CT scan and the surgeon all asked me the same thing: "How on earth did you find it?"They brought in a couple of med students to show them where lumps can hide. I heard them in the hallway: "I couldn't find it either until she showed me. Yeah. Exfoliating gloves." That is what I've been telling everybody: I found it with exfoliating gloves. The bad news is that it's a local recurrence of breast cancer, a more aggressive version than what I had five years ago.The good news is that the CT scan showed it had not spread anywhere other than where I'd found it. The incredibly GREAT and FRACKING FANTASTIC news is that I caught this more aggressive cancer EARLY.I start chemo next week. A couple of months later I will have surgery and radiation to clean it all out. I am feeling very grateful that 1) I bought these, and 2) in that moment of indecision when I first opened them that I decided to keep these gloves rather than donate them.Today I am buying a set of these gloves for all my girlfriends for Christmas.P.S. They are excellent exfoliators, too. 5Better than "Dollar Store" and "Walmart" Better quality than the ones you find at the "dollar store" and Walmart, however I have discovered holes in mine already after only 5-6 uses!I do think that they are holding up better and are exfoliating way better than any of the similar products I have purchased at other retailers before so I can say I am happy with my purchase but I will probably consider purchasing another product considering how much longer they last. 3I do like these gloves and they exfoliate as I desire and ...I do like these gloves and they exfoliate as I desire and are an excellent product for exfoliating. My only criticism would be that because these glovers are not really thick, I have notice I have to use a bit more body wash than I do with my loofah to develop the lather in the amount that I prefer and that I am accustomed to. At the same time, these gloves ARE THE PERFECT THICKNESS to allow me to clean in between my toes and behind my ears and other crevices If these gloves were any thicker this would not be possible. I recommend these gloves to anyone interested in an exfoliating glove as these gloves do their job and do it very well! These gloves are neither too rough/abrasive nor are they too soft. I do not have a comparative reference because I have not tried other exfoliating gloves. I just with they did a better job of producing the same amount of lather as a traditional loofah with the same amount of soap/cleanser/body wash.3just like a gentler (but ultra efficient) loofa but theyre glovesjust like a gentler (but ultra efficient) loofa but theyre gloves! all the others have been cheap garbage - ive used these for over 10 years I always bought them from the coop or whole foods but they all switched over to gloves that feel more like a knit cotton i.e. way too soft to scrub or be called a loofa - buy more than one cause youll probably want to use 2-3 pair per year they never ever mildew as long as you just leave them exposed to the air to dry out...dont even have to wring them out. they prevent & remedy all kinds of skin conditions, even ingrown hairs which I thankfully have never had any problems with, and perhaps my favorite thing of all: They make showering way faster and more efficient - in fact this is the only logical way to shower or bathe. Especially when its over 100 degrees out, I dont even feel like I can get clean enough in the shower unless I use a loofa and these gloves are literally not only MORE efficient than a normal loofa by far for washing everywhere, but they are AT LEAST 4-5 times faster to use than a 'clumsy old loofa'.5
