    Five Stars Came exactly as pictured minus the gloves. (They were purple, but I'm not complaining.) 5I got very good results from this kit I got very good results from this kit. It included one 16g circular barbell, one 16g labret stud, one 18g nose hoop, one 18g nose screw with a clear gem, 16 and 18 needles (one of each), clamps, gloves and a disinfecting wipe. I pierced my septum at a 16 gauge with the included circular barbell. The needles were sealed in a sterile packaging and I felt confident that they were ready to use. The clamps were adequate, but perhaps for someone with a smaller nose they may not fit as well. They should work for most people though. The circular barbell is a bit small for my nose. I'd advise anyone planning on using it to have a pair of needle nose or jewlery pliers on hand in case you need to gently widen the opening of the ring. Test this by trying the jewelry on upside down like a faux clicker (with the balls sitting inside your nose). If the ring can be worn this way with the balls in place then you shouldn't have a problem with flipping it up. If it's too small then widen it slightly until you can get it past the lower nose cartilage and into your nostrils comfortably. The ONLY real issue I had was that the diameter of the ring made it hard to have it showing when flipped down. The ends didn't hang down low enough out of my nose so I had to get a bigger ring when it healed. But, all in all I think the jewelry was perfectly fine because I had to keep the ring flipped up throughout the entire process and it was very discreet. I could definitely use the ring in another piercing if I choose. I had a very positive experience using this kit and my septum piercing turned out perfect and quite painless. I would recommend those who by this for a lip piercing to use the labret, because I don't think the diameter of the ring would fit most people's lips and allow for swelling. I would totally buy this kit again if I ever needed to, and if I decide to pierce my nostril I will use the unused 18 gauge needle and jewelry that I have left over. 4Five Stars The nose hoop doesn t even fit correctly 3perfect for nose piercing perfect for nose piercing, I pierced my own nose and then I pierced my sisters. the kit included everything that was needed. 5Five Stars Cane exactly as pictured. 5This was awesome!
