Customer Reviews

Works just great for apply acid peel to face and neck I purchased this to use to apply a facila peel product and it works just as it should. I'm able to apply it evenly and quickly and control placement so no acid gets ner my eyes, nostrils or lips, which would be very bad. It also does not waste pricey product, like cotton balls or pads might do. Easy to clea, firm bristles keep shape but aren't rough on the skin. Excellent brush for the price. 5fan brush boar 8" I purchased this fan brush to use with my lactic acid peels, and it does the job. I've used it a few times so far and am glad to see that there are no bristles missing yet. It washes out well in cool water and is pretty handy to apply the peel exactly where I want it while avoiding areas I don't. 4Saves on peel as you won't use as much with ... Saves on peel as you won't use as much with the brush. Do not forget to swish the brush in the baking soda solution to clean it when done. Rinse clean and dry. 5Will never apply a mask without this again This worked perfectly to apply my face mask last night. . Unlike when I had to apply with my fingers, this brush allowed me to apply the mask evenly, smoothly, and get a nice coat of it on my face. It also helped me apply faster so that part of the mask wasn't drying while I was still applying. Will definitely never apply a mask without one again. . I washed it afterwards and this morning it was dry and held its shape. 5Great Product Saving Tool This was exactly what I needed to use for a peel. I had been using a cotton pad and was wasting so much of the product. This brush helped the product go on easily and spread well. I am really glad I saw this product on a you tube video. Didn't even know it existed. If you want to save on the product, this would be a good purchase. 5Bristles are too stiff I bought this brush to use with a glycolic peel, and I thought it might be useful with other skincare products and makeup as well. However, the brush has not really worked well with anything I have tried it on, and I have not used it much since buying it. The bristles are extremely stiff and thick, but also somewhat sparse--there are some gaps between the bristles that accumulate too much product. I felt like I was wasting a lot of product, and I had better results applying the peel with my hands. The stiff bristles made it more difficult to apply product as well, they tend to miss some areas, and scape product back off areas where it has already been applied. The brush may be more appropriate for thicker products like clay masks, but I would not recommend it for thinner peels or makeup. 3FAN-tastic for Serums, But NOT FOR ACID PEELS!!! PLEASE READ......This Product IS NOT Built To Hold Up To TCA PEELS or Other CHEMICAL peels, as the bristles are NOT strong enough and will melt. This is for SERUMS only. The Fan Brush allows for a wider, even spread of serum over neck, face and hands. Make sure to GENTLY rinse and cleanse serum out with lukewarm water. I like using baby shampoo or wash, as it is gentle enough for the boar bristles and ensures you to get a longer life out of this fan. After wash, lay wet brush, flat on a towel to air dry. You should get a good 3 months out of this product before having to repurchase. I think that I would mention this to friends but I would also urge them to always be on the lookout for better, well tested products. Often, as in EVERYTHING you will ever buy, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. There are some who will receive the product in fantastic shape and those who get defects.... I always know that I'm taking a gamble but as far as all the items in which I've purchased off of Amazon, there has been 80% satisfaction over- all. It's up to YOU to do the reading and research in getting great products. BLESSINGS and KEEP SMILING~ 3Five Stars works perfectly for applying mask. seems to last, although I only used it twice. washed well after mask application 5It's a brush. It brushed. So this review is kinda obvious I guess. It's a cosmetic brush. It worked. It brushed. It was soft and bristles haven't come out. If you want to hear how well the bristles caressed my face or how smooth the peel went on because of the quality of the fine, individually formed, and hand compressed bristles, this isn't the review for you. If you want to hear about the beauty of the grain of the wood or how professionally painted the handle was, also not the review for you. It's a brush. It brushed. 5 stars! 5No longer use it as it was intended Good quality. I originally bought this to go with the lactic acid serum. I was fine during all stages of the serum except the last one when I was at full strength at which point it burned my face. It took a week to heal and I didn't notice any scar fading at all...but I know it takes a while to work. More effort than it was worth in my opinion. I have stopped using it and have gone to a prescribed ointment for my scarring in lieu of the chemical peel route. It was the same price as one bottle of the serum but I use it twice a day with no nasty side effects to my skin and in 2 weeks, I have noticed a substantial difference in the scarring. BUT, I found another great use for this brush. When my skin is really dry, I will use this to do an oil cleaning routine on my face. I pour some almond, avocado, or vitamin E oil (the Jason brand is GMO free and has almond and avo oils in it) into a small dish and use the brush to spread it on evenly, just like I would have done with the chemical peel serum. I used to do it with a cotton ball but kept finding the cotton getting stuck to my face, especially around my eyes, which was not pleasant. 4
