    I'm disappointed because it does smell goodIt burns my sensitive areas and now I know why. Check out the ingredients. I assumed from the listing that it would be all natural, but it IS NOT all natural. I also am itching all over from it and about to try to return it and get a refund. I'm disappointed because it does smell good. It leaves a bit of a slimy feeling on my skin as well.2I am very happy with this product I decided to start purchasing bulk soaps because of the intense plastic pollution issues we are confronted with. I am very happy with this product. It smells great, it lathers well, and leaves no residue on the my body after shower. Impressed. 5Contains sulfonates; beware Technically, a sulfonate is not a sulfate, but they are irritating to skin, and that's what I was trying to avoid by buying this product. Amazon clearly does zero vetting on how products are advertised, so as far as consumer protection, you are still in the wild, wild west. Buyer beware. Only after opening, and noticing the weird way the liquid flowed did I check the ingredient list. Sure, no sulfates, but saying that is totally misleading. Cheap crap, worse than Suave shampoo. 1Refreshing and non-girly smell This is my second time purchasing this product in this scent. Let me just say this: my husband is VERY picky about the smell of his bath products, and he likes the smell of this. It's light and refreshing without being heady or floral. It doesn't smell "girly" at all. And the amount of body wash you get for the price is just unbeatable, and the quality is great. Really no downsides to this, except for using a large unwieldy bottle. I guess you could portion it out into smaller bottles if you really wanted to! 5Proceed with caution! This product gave me a really *BAD* rash/skin irritation. Purchased this product in July, but just got around to using it this week. Felt the "burning" sensation that others have mentioned the first time I used it. Some skin irritation and itching occurred after my shower. The next day, used it again and this time I broke out in a really *bad* rash on my arms, torso, back and legs. Extremely itchy, swollen and red. It was so bad, I had to run out to pick up some antihistamines. Luckily, the medicine worked, and about 3-4 hours later I was OK.It looks like this product works for some, but be VERY cautious and perhaps just test it out on a small section of skin before you use it all over your body.I really wish I could return this, but I'm past the return window. 1A solid productReceived this product yesterday. So this is what I have noticed so far. The smell is lovely. I don't like "sweet" or "fruity" bodywash and this one is more citric and fresh smelling. Love that. Next, the texture is not thick like some bodywahes (example oil of oley etc.), its slightly thinner but not watery. It's just right for my taste. I didn't buy a pump for it because I wanted to refill my bodywash bottles (which already have pumps) and all of my handsoap dispensers. I used this product this morning in the shower before going to the gym and once I started sweating at the gym I could smell a faint yet refreshing scent of it! (it was a over powering perfume smell...which the gyms always tell their members not to wear perfume or strong scents). When I washed my hands with this product, I also had the lingering citric pleasant smell. (I run a childcare program from my home, so I am washing my hands upwards of 20 times a day and I use hand lotion after washing my hands, so I can not attest to if the product dried out my hands.). So far this morning my whole family has showered with this product and no one complained about burning or irritation. My 14 year old and 27 year old girls did mention that they loved the smell and they felt a clean/refresh type of feeling. If anything should change after using this product longer I will "re-comment".5Smells good, cleans great, lasts long. Cleans great, smells good. A much less expensive alternative to keeping liquid soap containers in my shower and on my sinks. I purchased a refillable container. The gallon lasted me for several months, there are 3 of us living at home. Scent is not too strong so okay for men and women. Washes great, don't have to use a lot of product. 5Smells amazing, cleans well. This product is pretty amazing. When I first got it I was skeptical that something so cheap could work so well, but it really does. It's SLS and paraben free and still lathers really well without drying. I love the scent (I have the green one) and the giant bottle lasts forever. I've filled up an old body wash bottle twice and have barely made a dent in the large gallon bottle. 5NO SULFATES, great product for the price.Great price for a good product. It foams and rinses nicely, smells good. We use it for bubble bath and as body wash, which it does well for both. I don't know what language that other fruitcake was reading but there is NO sulfate listed in the ingredients. There are dyes yellow 5 and red 33, but this is a topical product, not an ingested one so I don't see the issue there. At any rate, I like it and will be buying it again in other scents too.5Harsh and Irritating Soap This product says that it is gentle and "sulfate free". The second ingredient listed is olefin sulfonate . While it is not sodium laurel sulfate which is usually in soaps and shampoos, it is just as harsh. This product is very hard on eyes and other sensitive areas. I got a mild chemical burn in a very sensitive part of my body. The smell is not anything like lemongrass. It smells more like a combination of oranges and musk. Not an appealing aroma at all. This product does lather and clean well. If it had been branded as a hand soap, I probably would have been OK with it. But it is much too harsh for a body wash. 1Great Moisturizing Soap This a great moisturizing soap and I use it everyday. I love it and will keep using it as long as it is affordable. I have gone through a lot of soaps but am glad I chose this one. It makes me feel silky and soft. I purchased before winter season and it defeats the elements. Love the smell too. If available in subscription, will gladly reorder. I am tempted to try other scents but, so far, this has not disappointed. 5Overwhelming Orange - I Ordered Green Tea Lemongrass Lathers well, cleans well, and works well as a shave gel. I ordered Green Tea Lemongrass scent, however, it smells like orange. Not just a hint, it's a smack you in the face with righteous indignation ORANGE! For many, this is not a big deal, may even be awesome to feel like a major league pitcher threw an orange fresh from the tree at 90 mph that slammed right between your eyes while standing in the middle of a Florida orange grove. However, I detest the fragrance (also the taste/flavor) of oranges. Needless to say when my husband was decanting it into a smaller pump dispenser for our bathroom he was shocked that I purchased something orange, his favorite. I thought I could deal since it was open, and my orange aficionado husband was happy...and again, it was already open. I was wrong. The scent is not light. However, the nausea from the fragrance has really shortened my shower time in the morning and I am also much more alert as I am trying to keep my stomach settled. I would take off 2 stars for the fragrance (I have a true disdain for oranges) but the scent doesn't linger on your skin so since it's just 3-10 minutes a day in the underworld I kick 1 star. I was looking for an inexpensive body wash that my entire household can use (as bubble bath for my son, as body wash for me and the hubs, as hand wash at the sinks), and in a large quantity so I don't have a ton of little bottles laying around. This stuff fits the bill in all respects. So far we have had the Citrus Blend (the pinkish colored one), Island Blend (or something like that - it's white), and now this one. I liked the other two okay, but this one smells SOOOOO GOOOD. I can't wait to run out of one of the other two so I can get into this one!! I may go ahead and get another one of this scent while it's at $19.99. 5
