    If I could choose no stars I would.. ... If I could choose no stars I would.. my item was delivered cracked and with a broken off pump and there is no option to return or replace the item. That is just wrong 1the best item to use for damaged hair the best item to use for damaged hair. make sure you spray in your hands and then put in hair, when spraying the bottle to hair becomes a bit sticky 5Fake Product! I have bought this product many times before at the beauty supply, and the product inside the bottle is not the original product or it s expired. It doesn t smell the same and it doesn t have the same texture. Somebody refilled this bottle with another product. I am so upset that I can t return it. I have no clue why someone would sell a product and put something else in the bottle. 1Amazing product! My 10 yr old daughter's "knots" get so bad as she has a lot of fine, naturally curly, really long hair. She swims several days a week and it's always a fight to comb through her hair. A friend recommended this product and it's a miracle! I couldn't believe it! We have tried every product out there. and you don't even need to use a lot. Her tangles come out much easier. Instead of making my daughter's hair silky and manageable, it made her hair sticky, dull, and unmanageable. 1STAPLE PRODUCT I found this bad boy when I was in need of bringing hydration back to my hair after dying it a few times - I had never dyed my hair until mid-last year. I went from dark brunette to a copper/auburn to blonde and back to my copper/auburn. All within a year I would say. Obviously my hair needed some TLC and after reading the reviews on this product, I decided to check it out. Amazon does have the cheapest as far as I have found - Walmart, Target, CVS, RiteAid etc. - Amazon is the one (unless you get CVS 40% off one item lol) I just got some new shampoo and conditioner, ArtNaturals Argan (AMAZING!) and I spray this to detangle and hydrate my hair and just a small amount of Chi Silk Infusion and my oh my my hair is back to looking like it did when it was virgin hair. I RECOMMEND this item. This is part of my hair care routine and use it almost every day. It isn't heavy, doesn't make your hair greasy, change its texture other than to make your hair soft, and it smells lovely but not too much so. I have recommended this product to friends and they have been hooked.A little funny thing - I went to my dog groomer and I saw this on their counter - guess they use it for dogs too (check w/ a vet before trying please - I just saw it on the counter!). 5Want Shine and Health for your Hair? I have very dry, brittle hair after I use heat for a while or dye it. This stuff really hydrates it from the root to the ends. I really like the It's a 10 Miracle Leave in with Keratin in it, as well. They both leave my hair feeling very soft and shiny! 10 10 10! 5It's a 2!!!! Or maybe this is a fake So I decided to try this on my 2 girls with very tangled hair (straight hair). I applied 5 sprays on wet hair on one of the girls and 10 on the other to experiment. The spray smells like chemicals that you apply to perm hair. The following morning I saw a very small difference on the daughter who's hair I sprayed 10 times and NO difference on the other one. So this is definitely not a 10, unless amazon is selling a fake product. Will not be buying again. 2If you end up with a dud, there s no refund/exchange. Beware. Very Disappointed. #1 - the bottle wasn t even full, more like half full when I first opened it to check. #2, SINCE IT S a NO RETURN item, I figured I d use it since I m stuck with it anyway - having used this product before many times store bought, I don t know what it is about this - it s WAY thicker and leaves my hair feeling disgusting and does not smell the same. I m extremely disappointed that I recieved a USED item and now, I can t even return it!
