What a life saver I have terrible cracked heals due to eczema and lotion and regular socks don't help but these gel ones are amazing they keep the lotion on my skin to heal my cracks but also provides a cushion so it doesn't hurt so much to walk I also love that they are toe less because I hate wearing socks and they stay put even without toes they are awesome 5... well is first you have to moisturizer with a good lotion, then you put these socks on overnight My mom uses these socks because she has very cracked heels but the way the work very well is first you have to moisturizer with a good lotion, then you put these socks on overnight. It usually works very well from the first day but if you have extremely cracked heels, then give it at least a week. 5Excellent product. Works very well Excellent product. Works very well. Will last much longer if you follow their directions to wash by hand and not let them tumble dry. Yes, a bit inconvenient, but well worth the effort.I found great results even faster by using a scraper called a "PegEgg" first, applying my favorite lotion to the driest parts of my heels, and then wearing these socks overnight. If you do that for a few days, you'll likely see a similar improvement. 5Works great!I am one who cannot wear socks to bed because I find it too suffocating. These, however, keep my toes free and my feet don't overheat at all. The gel inside the heel area seems to be doing a decent job at moisturizing my dry heels, but I amp it up a little and put on some lotion before wearing the socks.5Very effective, easy to use, low cost solution for dry, cracking heels. I've long had problems with dry, cracking heels especially in summer, but no more after buying these. I purchased 2 pairs of these almost two months ago and my feet have been completely crack free for a month now.What I did was first spend some time and effort sanding off some of the dry, calloused skin and then started using a pair of these about 5 nights per week usually applying some miracle heel stick first. It didn't take long at all to start seeing results and within 3 weeks my feet were in great shape. I have worn them under shoes during the day but have found for me, night time wear is adequate and prolongs product life. (Less wear and less needed washing) I'm just shy of 2 months on a single pair so find them quite cost effective.I rarely give a five star, but the combination of effectiveness, ease of use and low cost rate a five star for me. 5Great product! I have to say that after wearing a pair of these Gel Heel Socks for one day there was such a big difference in my heels, and they are very comfortable to wear. I am actually getting ready to order more. I was able to walk with my entire foot on the floor instead of on my toes because of the pain of dry, cracked heels. 5I would like to return them I have heard of these in the past, took a chance. After wearing them for a couple of hours, I could hardly get them off my feet. They are so dang tight at the top and bottom that my feet were so swollen they needed attention. I understand snug, but why so darn tight? I would like to return them, for return of money, but that is more trouble than it will be worth. Wish they worked for me. Good luck to you if you get them 1My heals are still dry I totally understand the idea behind why these socks are supposed to work, but for me they were a fail. The main reasons they were a fail was due to how they feel when you have them on. If you put any type of moisturizer or salve on your heals that doesn't immediately soak in and then you put these socks on, the socks kind of slide around on your feet when you're walking. They fact that they only go halfway down your feet is also very awkward too because you can't wear shoes with them. If you're going to wear sneakers, you risk having your shoes start to smell due to sweating in them because half of your foot is exposed. These are also very awkward (and ugly) to try to wear with sandles too. I committed to trying to wear these every night to bed to see if they really made a difference, and I didn't see any change after a couple of weeks. 2Miracle socks My heels were horrible. I was convinced nothing would help them because I tried every cracked heel cream on the market. My heels were cracked and cut. I wore these socks with cream for about two weeks every night to bed. It was like a miracle! My heels are completely healed now! I will continue wearing them every night! 5These heel socks are GREAT! I have been applying O'Keefe's to my heels ...Ever since moving to the arid climate of northern AZ (for 4 years now), I've had constant problems with cracks in my heel (of my dominant foot) so deep they bled. I spend the days typically at home, and would put O'Keefe's on my heels and wear thick socks every day to try and combat it, but as soon as I went barefoot several days in a row, the cracks would open up into the quick again and it would hurt to walk. These heel socks are GREAT! I have been applying O'Keefe's to my heels in the morning, putting the heel socks on, and covering them with a pair of regular thick socks and wearing them all day (removing them at night), hand-washing and wearing alternating pairs daily for one month now. I saw results immediately, and have posted the before and one-month-after pictures below. I intend to keep wearing them like this until all traces of the (now healed) cracks disappear, so they don't open up again, and then wear them as the instructions indicate (for half an hour), just for maintenance.5These are great to put on lotion and keep moisture on your ...These are great to put on lotion and keep moisture on your heels while you sleep at night. However, they seem to come apart easily. Strings start to unravel. I've ordered 3 times now. And I'll order again. I've learned not to wash them in machine and at the price, just throw them away when they start to unravel. I do recommend to anyone with cracked heels that are in pain and need relief. I use Keppra lotion, put these on at night, and it's GREAT relief to my poor heels. These would get a 5 star if they didn't unravel so easily.3Works great, fits well on small feet The socks came earlier than they said they would which is nice. They definitely do keep my heels moisturized and I've kept them on for a few hours now. I just docked a star off for sending me two pink pairs instead of one pink and one blue like I ordered. Also, my feet size is 5 1/2 and these fit perfectly but anyone with bigger feet might find these a bit small. But overall they are good quality and the pink ones look cute! 4
