    Best for wings!! This eyeliner is so good, and I ve used more expensive eyeliners but this one is better than any other brand like Mac, nyx etc it dries quick!! I have hooded eyelids and I can t have any non matte eyeliners cause itll run and this one turns Matte quick i love it so much !! 5very nice eyeliner in so many ways The color I use is a rich plum, and this is a very nice shade. Not too light, not too dark, not too bright. It goes on smoothly and easily. The brush is such that you can make an extremely thin line or thicker, if you desire. As for the frequency of reapplication - I guess it would depend on so many factors. Yesterday I spent the day at a botanical garden and it was quite humid. Later (after about 2 hours driving there and 4 hours at the garden) we went for lunch and I still had eyeliner. If that isn't enough for someone, get a tatoo 5Great product LOVE this product. I've been using it for years now. I'm allergic to a lot of eye products so this is important to me. Finding it harder and harder to locate....so although the price online was considerably higher than I've paid for it in a brick and mortar store, I bought it. Glad to have found it, but will continue to search for a more affordable source. 5Smooth Application; Azure Color Is Awesome I just recently decided to get better at makeup (I'd pretty much been doing the same stuff since I first started wearing makeup in my teens), so I decided to once again try to do the whole eyeliner thing. I was never good at it, and it always took me a ton of time to apply, so I gave up a long time ago. The trouble was that I was using pencils or "liquid" pens, and those simply don't cut it. I decided to try this stuff, and I'm so happy I did!The brush is perfect for me. The trouble with pencils is that they pull my skin, making the line jagged. With a truly liquid liner such as this one, you barely have to touch your skin, so there isn't any pulling. I'm no expert on liquid liners, so I don't know how this compares to other brushes, but it really is awesome. The thickness is perfect, and the consistency is perfect, too. There aren't individual hairs on the brush or anything; it's more like a tiny silicone sponge thingy. And when you pull it out of the pot, there's an o-ring somewhere in there that takes off any extra residue (it's the same type of mechanism mascara tubes use).I bought this in three colors: azure, envy, and icon. I find envy and icon to be a little too subtle for my tastes. I like a deep plum purple, and icon is far from that. And the envy is kind of shimmery; it just isn't pigmented enough for me. But the azure is why this gets five stars from me. I LOVE this color of blue. I've always loved using Maybeline's Great Lash mascara in royal blue, and this appears to be the same color.I don't think my eyes are really sensitive, so I'm not sure if my opinion on this topic is useful to anyone, but this doesn't irritate my eyes at all, and I use it in the waterline sometimes.In the picture I've attached, I had to apply two coats of this to get it this solid. The first coat looks solid, but once it dries, I find I need to reapply to get it as dark as I want. Maybe some people would give this four stars because of that, but I really don't mind reapplying. I figure that's what I'd have to do with most eyeliners to get them as solidly colored as I'd like.You can also see in my picture that my eyeliner technique isn't perfect, but you should have seen how it looked when I first started using this a few weeks ago. Some people say liquid liner is hard to use, but I think it's just the opposite. I think it's perfect to learn on. It used to take me five minutes to do one eye! Now I'm doing both in two minutes, and it looks way better. I'm still learning (I think I need to make the line a little thicker closer to my nose?), but I think I'm going to be an expert soon enough with this stuff.Now I just have to wait until the black isn't overpriced so I can replace this stupid liquid pen I bought. 5The Prestige I know and love (but not waterproof at all) I will ONLY use Prestige brand for as long as I can manage. It has a rich, dark, opaque color and the perfect liquid application which dries as you would expect it to. I've used it for almost a decade and it's never disappointed or faded during a full day of wear. It's very easy to correct or remove if you make a mistake during application.I have tried a few other brands (from the most well known to the unheard of) and literally every single one had some problem with it, including:- applies so light you barely see the (black) color- dries in the same way as glue on skin, so you can peel off the entire line of eyeliner as a solid piece- applicator brushes are too thin, thick, or strangely shaped- hard to remove without leaving a dark shadow on skinI have never used a Prestige eyeliner that called itself "waterproof" before though, so I was very worried to buy this one. I have no use for a waterproof one, as I find it so convenient to rub some off with a moist Q-tip if needed.However as many other reviews have stated, this one does not seem to be waterproof in any way at all (despite having the word Waterproof clearly printed on the bottle). I have found no difference at all between this "Waterproof" variety and my regular one.I'd hate to give this fewer than 5 stars though because I love Prestige that much, but be warned if you are looking for something waterproof!!! 5LOVE MY PRESTIGE I have been using PRESTIGE liner for years...but can't find it in stores anymore. Thank you to AMAZON for having a vendor to carry this brand. I use a PRESTIGE waterproof pencil first and let dry. Then use the liquid over that. Lasts all day with no smearing. Easy to remove with JERGENS face cream & a tissue. No allergic reaction that I get with other brands. I'm 67 and have tried almost everything. For me...this works the best. 5The best eyeliner ever! Best eyeliner out there by far! I ve been using this eyeliner since I was 13 years old I m now 31 and I m still using it! I love the felt tip. You can draw a thin line or thick line. Wear is long lasting which I love! So bummed it s no longer at drug stores I would buy the rack every time I d find prestige makeup! Please amazon don t stop selling this product! 5Looks good, easy to draw, will end up leaving a line on your upper lid in humidity. I've tried other liners, hate pencil, used Maybelline liquid liner a bit in my time. I have enjoyed this one the most and bought it off of the good reviews it has. It has a good tip to it, but when it starts to run out, the product in the bottle will get a bit chunky to apply. It holds nicely, mainly stays put the whole day, though I have seen that it ends up on my upper lid at the end of the day, which, if I don't want to reapply when I go out, I just smudge it in for a night-time make-up look. I live in a humid East Coast area, so I imagine that's why that happens. Doesn't stop me from wearing it though! 4The absolute best liquid eye liner Prefer this brand over all other 'high end' liquid eye liners out there. Have been using it for 10-15 years and have spent far too much money trying new brands with nothing that comes close. I always go back to this one. Just wish it was more available in Canadian stores. Thankful I can still get it online! I prefer the navy blue (Azure) color and always get compliments on it. If its too 'blue' for you, try applying the black first and blue over top, its more subtle that way but makes for a very pretty color, especially in the natural light when it reflects off the sun. 5Amazing! Been looking for a nice MATTE black eyeliner for a long time, although I am a gel eyeliner kind of person sometimes I like having a liquid eyeliner nearby because I don t always have the patience to put in the extra work when it comes to removing gels.A word of caution, do not add multiple layers of liner over your wing, obviously it s going to clump up and begin to crack. I highly recommend being light handed with it otherwise it can begin to feel really dry. Other than that, no complaints. I love it. 5The quality of the eyeliner itself is very good.
