Great for eczema!This really helps my sons eczema. I have tried everything from special lotions and balms to simple coconut oil. This seems to soak in quickly and noticeably heals. Most other things would cause him complain about stinging or they would be so greasy. This is only slightly greasy for about a minute or two but then it fully absorbs into skin. I can t say it fully gets rid of the eczema because eczema is an internal problem for him but it does significantly help!!!5Love it on my face Im a faithful user of this oil. I am here to make a second purchase but first wanted to read more reviews. I see a lot of people use it for pain. But I use it as a moisturizer on my face. I dont use much lotion on my face besides coconut lotion so this oil is my go to daily. Ive been very faithful. Even using it on my lips at times. But my face has break outs and I'm a picker. I would pick until it becomes a sore. And at times i pick so much that the sore becomes sore. At that point I will use emu oil to help with that pain. What I can say is that it heals the sore to a scab much quicker than usual. I also tried to use it for the dark spots in my face. I have heard that helps some people. But I can't say I see much change. But it really does moisturize my face and I hope in the future it helps with wrinkles and lines. Seeing that im only 34 and don't have any, I hope that it is preventing from forming any sooner. My skin feels softer and looks healthier in my opinion. So that kind of takes my eyes off the dark spots i have. Maybe its working subtly and over more time ill notice it. Its been months. Im almost out so here i am. It is AEA certified, which means it's real and not vegetable oil being sold for an outrageous price, like many so-called "emu" oils I have seen on Amazon. It is the best value of the AEA certified oils. It does have a slightly gamey scent, like it should. It is like coconut oil where it gets solid when it is cold and thin when it is warm. It is a pain to use in the winter since it gets too solid to dispense if you keep your home below 70 deg, like I do, but I put the bottle in some warm water for a couple of minutes to get it to flow. I would use this stuff all over my body if I could afford it, but I mostly use it on my face and what's left over on my hand I rub on my arms. The first two bottles were fine. Nice creamy product that helped a lot with my arthritis pain. I ordered the third bottle and the product was very runny. Two separate layers. On the top oily runny mineral oil and on the bottom grainy white layer as if someone diluted the product with mineral oil to produce this runny solution. I don't understand how product like this passed the quality. assurance in the time of the production. visually you can pick this appearance.Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle it was already passed the time frame to return it to amazon.so I decided to call the customer service on Friday 02 Nov, 2018.As soon as you dial the number listed on the bottle, they answer with offering promotions for retailer rebate, safety programs, road assistance and other promotions, and then they prompt to press one"1" if you are interested, otherwise press any key. After she got the information she said she will connect me to the customerservice and left........and waiting....and nothing...no one answered...I attempted calling five "5" times after that and in the same period of time, and all with the same manner....promotions...the last verbal call I told him I already gave the information before and now I need the customer service. He said you gave information but the lady did not give you the conformation so let us start again!!!...this when I blew up....I don't need this damn promotion. All I need answers since I want to know what I am putting on my body .Is it a safe or an unknown product that no one knows about it. SAFETY ISSUE.....this is what all about.. You wont believe what he replied. he said but you gave her the information before so you want to participate.....this is it....they make it impossible for you to talk to the customer service unless you give the information then they hung up on you....no customer service can be reached.This is the most unprofessional conduct I have ever experienced in my entire life and I am 70 years old.No management in the world would allow such a conduct....But if this is the case then marketing such bad product will not be a surprise...I love using EMU oil, the "good" one, but when you have a product in a "Hit" or' Miss" situation and a customer service like that, then it is the absolute necessity to find alternative company....My advice to the customers who continue to order this product, is to open the bottle immediately after receiving from amazon, and check specifically the consistency, and any other physical properties so you can return it immediately upon your dissatisfaction.I will definitely, and before researching the alternative, try to reach the upper management of this company and address my concerns and for many other customers who shared my experience, because I hate seeing product like this fail because the unprofessionalism of others. Thanks.1Just buy it if you ve got poison ivy!I had such a terrible case of poison ivy & this emu oil was a godsend. I did have to alternate a few times with a generic anti itch cream but I mostly used the oil. Don t skimp when using it & it can be used anywhere on your body! My rash lasted 2 weeks & I used the oil the last week of it, I m so grateful I found it. It won t heal it miraculously but it takes the itch away & certainly will help w/ healing.
